- Fairly easy math isn't it? 300 dots per inc times 4 3/4 inch = 1425

- Therefore the image needs to be rendered in 1425 by 1425 (Use square pixels for print!)

- BTW: what kind of duplication house are you using? I always thought that print film was 1200 lines per inch (Much higher
- than what you are talking about especially since one lpi usually translates to 2dpi for the same quality) This is why mag
- pictures look so much better than what's on your screen. You'll also need anti-aliasing set to high etc... : moral of the
- story: If you deal with REAL picture quality shots set up your system and take a vacation.
